under it's floor (hollowed-out) so one or more thin crawler can position necessary electronic-gear close to resident being studied, and having above ceiling area access as well so more RF fields
can interact with person studied, this likely was ongoing with previous residents living at this apartment and will likely continue after I move on...
(1) Hidden space under floor 1.5"-concrete on top of fiberglass reinforced plywood then crawl space then 5/8 fiberglass reinforced plywood then the sheet rock ceiling of
apartment bellow so in between floor a "skin and bones" thin individual can crawl into this area slowly and stay for prolonged periods of time also above(attic of #203),
(cave explorer types (Jeff, Aeron, Steve, Joseph ... +others +new-ones) can peal back vinil(?), remove a section of plywood(?), concrete only where heavy water heaters #303 bolted to floor),
in between floors spaces approach can be made from all directions, but most likely from attic space area of apartment #203 and from "kitchen floor space"
across the hallway #310 or whoever (neighbor) is away for whatever reason (medical) for extended periods of time, ...
(2) Construction of crawl space in between floors must be strong enough so that crawler does not
fall into to second floor apartment trough thin drywall mounted on bottom of fiberglass reinforced plywood, crawler's weight is thus supported by a
reinforced plywood layer, wire mesh, just above the drywall ceiling of "second floor" and under the 5/8 thin plywood of
"third floor", this construction had to be completed before apartment opened to general public to
move in and observe(#302,#305), manage(#306) have been living here since that time operating the candlestein
observation interactive human personality test laboratory for Intelligence(90%) and Law Enforcement(10%) purposes.
(3) Once inside the crawl space the crawler is free to listen, record conversations, harass, introduce exotic biological bugs trough rather
large gaping cracks, record video/audio events using tiny cameras within apartment which may be organized with others acting previously agreed upon acts, in
my case I heard drug related water pipes and smelled their toxic fumes

later I saw Jannelle() at the office where upon finding out I purchased beer for Jeff she was "upset" and to me that meant
she wanted conflict between myself and those who are crawling around the in between apartment spaces and it was supposed to remain a secret
and now I know and what else has Jeff and I talked about, (later Jannelle was promoted out of here) soon enough Jeff was replaced
and that was the last time I actually knew the person tasked with radiating me, I suspect Jimmy and other small stature thin irish friends
(in 2010 thin old jew Steve under/in between floor, thin AIDS homosexual Joseph[2007-2009], and wheel chaired thin pissed-off-guy from NakedLounge-cafe determinedly wheeling around
looking me up as late as 2010-sep at TinRoofCafe) but I have no proof) also have to mention here that at any time
a freshly deceased corpse can be draged into this area under my floor and it's demise could be "attempted" blamed on my activity in discouraging would
be crawlers from crawling in between floors here, so my options are very limited as to what I can do to resist or "discourage" the losers from crawling
in between floors here and in 2009 Steve showing up is more of an investigation rather than a harassment Joseph is unknown... ]]
operate under my 5/8 thin plywood floor and could detect briefly chemical odors that had instant temporary negative effect on my brain, I felt microwave,
xray or THz electron radiation on my body from these areas and I moved within my apartment to avoid them and heard crawler reposition
to further radiate me including repositioning under the bed stationary radiation devices that are repositioned
whenever I move my bed to a new location within the apartment. On a related matter "dirty burning propane space
heater exhaust" is captured and manually pumped into my apartment from holes carved out in drywall behind my kitchen
cabinet that I cannot plug or photograph. (this occurred and was heard even during the long 2008 winter power outage)
(4) My very first detection of someone present in between my floor and the drywall ceiling of ap204 was less than
three weeks after moving in to ap304(feb2006) when an arrogant female living in ap204 returned home one early
morning at 0215-0300hrs with a silver 4x4 suv stereo blasting and left on for 45s extra after parking
(engine off) her vehicle door open which woke me up from valuable sleep, needless to say I called her
an "A$$HOLE" in a very commanding tone of voice that would have been impossible to miss hearing by
everyone in the apartment complex who was woken up by the car stereo... upon returning to her apartment
bellow mine (ap204) I pressed my ear to the clean vinyl floor of my kitchen for 10-12m and heard very
near to my ear (1-2in away) careful body movements of someone already present and covertly spying on
either ap204 or myself in ap304... (have not seen this valarie palmer look-alike and her cacco durro
italian boyfriend since she moved out within days of this event...)
(5) Once I "moved in" a regular barage of people to interact with visited my apartment including women
for sex... coordinated from bathroom sharing my kitchen wall... (Regie bus-driver's friend Sandy follow up one,
two ect...) I met Sandy just after getting off the phone (342-4620) planing a visit to my old time friend Bob in Paradise taking the bus up and the bike back down
to Chico, our conversation overheard by inhouse wire tap (PBX) Sandy was "dispatched" and when I was at the bus stop I met Sandy who
was friendly rode the bus up to K-Mart plaza that day... I exited the bus at Nunely road... I even saw Sandy once sometime as late as and after
15mar2009 when I got Luna (dog).

(6) And the morons running this "observation-harassment" are having to resort to making intentional banging sounds from time to time
in the last four months from behind my kitchen cabinet to get a reaction from me so that when I ping-bang back that could be used to
justify their further existence for monitoring and collecting "valuable" intelligence or law enforcement data, pretty pathetic I think...
and when they fill my pressurized room with low oxygen producing gases from behind same kitchen cabinet I just prop open my door and exchange
the air with well air conditioned air from the hallway (summer-time), even if it is 3am...
(7) I will never forget my "move in day FEB-2006" going over the apartment features with management (Janel and outgoing maintenance man), I noticed
immediately and mentioned the (a)"creaky floor" which was bouncy when walking upon, (b)"creaky bed frame", both of which were making unusual
amounts of loud noises under normal circumstances (I glued the bed frame)... I guess they incorrectly believed I will
turn out to be some sort of "sex machine/pervert/(TigerWoods)" whom may be exploited+monitored+exchanged with real spy's caught
doing bad things in friendly/unfriendly nations... must of took them this long to investigate their erroneous
initial estimate about me... (I think these unavoidable sounds of movements inside the apartment help monitors
located above ceiling, behind kitchen wall and right under carpet whom are at the minimum tasked with observation)...
(right away once moving-in/meeting people like Janel, (rosie red face manager Dave), seen outgoing maintenance-man, Ken #306, #110 (wheelchair Kathy),
and volume of people moved-out new moved-in on 3rd floor, plus next door bathroom discovered as a 24/7 observation/spying room as early as 2006 that
this place is a local version (collects information) or extension of USAF-OSI/FBI)
(8) Two separate times (6-8 months apart) on two different floors (ground+first) while talking to
two different long time residents named Jim all three of us witnessed crawling sounds from above us where we were
standing and talking at the time we all looked in the direction of the sound and each Jim had a different
reaction to the sound of someone crawling between floors just barely above the drywall but bellow the carpet in
the 15in space that exists between floors... 8 months ago Jim-1 said loudly stop that and delivered a strong blow
to the ceiling while standing and talking to me near ap 203... last afternoon Jim-2 said in a measured tone of
voice interesting with that cutting me off from saying see there it goes again... Jim-2 and I were stading in
front of his ap 104 looking up at the ceiling where the crawling sound came from... (from this I think that official built in crawl tunnel/crawl-space
used to get to and from under desired apartments is exactly in the middle and under the hallways in neutral in between apartment spaces territory)
(9) Without proof, only on a hunch, I believe that under Chico there is a large survival structure (new Enloe add-on building dug deep)
having hidden access to this apartment complex trough which at any time there are 2-5 people present within
the unadvertised spaces are out of sight from ordinary people who do not have a need to know or are the targets of
either harmful radiation or psy study (or both) from hidden areas in between floors and certain walls,
this underground structure is part of a much larger set of structures that are probably connected by high speed rail systems
throughout N.America... Many military and scientific objectives may be achieved using these underground secret facilities hidden from
above ground oversight... You might say certain clones grown underground never see the light of day... while others kidnapped from above
ground never return to the surface... and I think you can figure out the rest on your own...
(10) Definitely a covert mind-reading human intel program (think-tank) exploiting lucid dreaming states, crawlers are
responsible for pointing at my nervous system electromagnetic equipment that promotes lucid dreaming
states in me and on the other end a female psychic is attempting telepathic connection and interrogation... also
I believe that the whole operation is under the cover of continuous concealment phased out from this dimension,
possibly looking back on events transpired here from a future time, ie: two weeks after I move out
they set up a machine (energy field) capable of looking at any minute of any day in great detail... (or from the
empty apartment bellow (now-occupied) under a continuous phased out concealment field, making apartment "look" empty if inspected...)
I am a bit concerned about the human who seems to be the expandable part of this psy project, her pimp keeps
her motivated by barely keeping her alive, (cold-bath-water and psy-drugs) seems she is a worm on a hook gets destroyed
in the fishing even if no fish is cought...
(11) At a birthday gathering (2007-2008) in the day-room a never before seen "FAT lady" exchanged surprised
glances with me and a few other official people here when she walked in and saw that I was among the 20 or so participants,
this 350lb butte county welfare investigating bureaucrat "type" is exactly the kind of person who would spend countless
days in a bathroom on the other side of my kitchen wall radiating me with various devices keeping track of how many times
I flush the toilet, counting the number of toilet paper squares used, etc... My coded magnetic key entry into the apartment
building probably helps keep track of my entry to the building after leaving for a while... apparently on that day I returned
without the use of "my" magnetic key entry into the building and there was NO indicator light on a possible control panel warning
them "not to go out" cause they might be seen by me, and the disappointing glances around that room revealed a moment of panic...
(12) Every night for the past 15 or more days (sep-oct-2008) seems like some special forces guy is expecting to
get valuable information from some helpless female psychic under his direct verbal abuse and physical pain
control, as they are attempting RF energy field scans on my body I use stainless steel pots and pans to block
the scanning fields that are easily felt on the body, using the parabolic sides of the pots and pans even mirrors
back the uncomfortable RF energy fields to the senders direction, the fields are strong enough to be felt even trough
the floor, the several water bottles and books under my bed, and the sheet metal layer I installed under the mattress
only a few months after moving in (feb-2006) back when I was only harassed with body damaging RF energy fields, now
I am interrogated with Psy RF energy reading fields with human helpless female Psy receiver under serious torture for
failure to perform as expected...
(13) The sounds of someone harshly being interrogated are probably relayed trough speakers from the "observational
bathroom" next door, it is made to "start up" whenever I pull away or otherwise block the RF scaning field attempting
to interrogate, certainly uncomfortable and damaging in its radiating effect on my body, so it is difficult to tell
if these sounds of torture are real or not, could be replayed events that have already taken place, but if they are real then
apparently someone is tortured whom I would probably care about (I guess) and it would seem like a leverage against me to
"change" my opinion, behavior, action in some unknown way, the only thing for sure is that there are alot of "WHY" being shouted
in a 25 to 1 ratio to a desperate response of "I Don't know!" breaking down and crying... ((this is very typical cowboy bullshit
right on my doorstep designed to put the fear in me, David Bowie song "I am afraid of Americans" hits the mark perfectly))...
(14) There are faiths worse than death, in countries (R)and(USA) where human rights are lacking (black projects) ... you
might be used for your psy skills against your will ((like a delfins is used by a navy)) to maximize your psy potential
you may find that all senses removed helplessly unable to care for yourself (limbless) at your keepers mercy you are
kept alive for a narrow well defined psy purpose in hands of complete losers whom think of themselves as "special forces"
for torturing the helpless, forcing them to go up against people like me who can defend themselves against the psy
onslaught using simple reflective parabolic stainless steel cooking pots and pans to reflect back RF energies, ((it sure sounds like
another one bites the dust trying hard to get a psy reading on me but bouncing off of me like a fly bouncing off the chinese wall))...
(15) I am beginning to suspect that intentional mismanagement (to their termination by drowning) of the helpless psy investigators placed
in between floors (just inches under my apartment floor) and being hooked up to waste water pipes leading away from me, their (psy) job being
to (using psy) "communicate their situation to me under duress" has (1) either failed to communicate with me to stop using water, or (2) I am a
heartless evil person who after receiving such duress continues using bathroom waters, or (3) third persons handling helpless psy investigator's
drowning potential with completely separate water controls at their command drowns individual to "kill more than one bird with one act" gets rid
of both psy investigator and me both by blaming me for the drowning... ((really strong formaldehyde or other tissue preservation chemicals (then vinegar)
were emanating from apartment next door sharing bathroom wall with my kitchen wall as early as 2007(?) which may indicate packaging and shipping to
different location of PSY observers (victim(s)) pulled out from in between floor spaces...))
(16) Successfull gathering of genetic materials from pipes flowing away captured and filtered trough "sand box" ({1431 Warner #36}) can be misused for 1)artificial insemination of women
(not just those) whom you swore you used "condoms" (Sandy
follow up one,
two)with (but others as well whom you never had sexual encounter but are aritficially impregnated...)), and 2) planting them at crime scenes, this 1)threat has been with me long enough to
avoid sexual contacts and has gone as far as planting of fake samples to be found by inteligence operatives...
(17) Repeatedly I experienced electrical phenomenas (small-microwave-RF-bursts) in places that I gather on a regular basis, like saturdays downtown Chico
by the large chess board or weekdays at a cafe three times a week, these small RF bursts can be felt on the body, usually chest area but sometimes head,
in case of the cafe they are probably coming from above floor or below basement, I definitely believe that the perpetrators of these RF bursts are concealed
with phased out (dimensionally) and or using fast time fields so they largely remain invisible while while they could be standing next to you (momentarily),
my guess is they are chasing spirits away from future or past whom may appear as faint balls of light (white=peace, red-purple=angry) and my guess is that the
spirits can enter a person and minimally influence their judgment, in this case the perps are attempting to prevent spirits from entering my body for information
absorption, my guess is that the perps want to be the only ones receiving information from spirits and they go after sensitive individuals to prevent those
individuals from learning anything other than the five senses available to every ordinary person...
(18) Just a hunch, probably nothing more, but seems to me its a retaliatory operation here probably just because, or because I am Hungarian
and stand for all those things that are important to Magyars (americans befriend or buy up all the secrets first and either trough thoughtful
calculation or deliberate incompetence in their compartmentalization share that information with whom it also arms and supports with advice and
controls both sides of conflicts, grinds down in orderly fashion competitors)...
(19) Probably nothing or this could be everything, seems like two or more jews in my environment have gone on personal hygiene boycott (2008) even if they are not homeless,
my guess is that they were syncing their personal hygiene with the uncleanness and bad smells of blind and mute psychics (think-tank) used in between the apartment floor and ceiling bellow,
could also be that they are taking these psychics place and imitating their smell is part of the costume like an actor getting into character, could also be some sort
of cabalistic religious ritual, for instance a disembodied spirit channeled would bypass them for their awful smell and unkempt hygiene when searching for a body to posses
during ritual spirit channeling (exit interviews) and if that was not enough, natural animal life (raccoons) may be carrying peoples spirits and are a part of the equation
here like dalfins were a part of NAVY experiments at one time...
(20) The friendly raccoons may be the mental projections of 3ft tall advanced ETs with extreme telepathic push/pull abilities that are here (Earth) to help humans in general
(2009-2012 in particular) and intentionally look like a friendly animal when they are around in our everyday environment...
(21) The observations from above apartments started as early as (1431 Warner St #36) then on to (125 Parmac Rd #43) and (946 Cedar st) and (Vera Ln H211 San Jose) these observations were a combination of
satellite see trough plywood + tar paper apartment ceilings, voodoo like obe experiments and actual physical cut trough drywall and crawl to ceiling area above apartment from near by rented apartment
along with microwave like surveillance from rented apartments in near by buildings were all a part of these unusual experiences from 1990s to present, when living in motorhome for nearly seven years much
of these observations were nearly impossible and probably for this reason in 1998 I was given a super strong telepathic suggestion to "do yourself in" which of course I refused and overcame trough systematic
jogging and purposeful control over self/mind... so having all of these experiences behind me when this sort of activity started up again at (VECTORS) and later at (600 Flume st) I published!!!
